The upper of the XC302 consists of perforated synthetic leather with a seamlessly integrated midsole. This combination makes for a lightweight feel, good ventilation and an abrasion-resistant finish. The upper wraps around the foot, making the fit tight and supportive without causing pressure points. The low stack height in the midsole contributes to a stable feel on the pedal and makes the shoe suitable for spring to autumn temperatures.
Slim design with smart finish
The asymmetrically positioned centre flap with a BOA® L6 dial closure provides a slim profile and a fit that can be quickly and precisely adjusted. Thus, the shoe always sits just right, even during high-intensity cycling. The fibreglass-reinforced nylon sole offers a good balance between stiffness and comfort, efficiently transferring your power to the pedal. The rubber outsole with competition tread gives you good grip both when cycling and walking, so you know you can rely on your shoes even on technical sections or in a hike-a-bike situation.
